Day 18: Breakfast

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  I agree! I can’t go more than 20 minutes after waking up without eating something.  Today, I decided to make something healthy and fulfilling.  It turned out to be so pretty, I couldn’t help but share.

On the menu: Toast with avocado, raspberries, goat cheese, and chia seeds.  Watch out for the beggar at the end waiting for me look away so he can steal my food.
